What we deliver
- Design-stage SAP calculations and reports for each home, before work starts
- A short note on any home that does not pass, with the options and what each one costs
- As-built calculations and the EPC when the home is finished
- A list of the site photos building regulations ask for, sent at the start so they are taken in time
02Our approach
If a home fails, we tell you why and the cheapest fix
A fail is rarely the end of the story. We show which change gets the home over the line for the least money, whether that is insulation, airtightness, the heating system, solar panels or modelling the junctions properly.
